new in beauty from world duty free

Surely, I can't be the only one who gets on a plane, opens the duty-free magazine and instantly wants to spend all my holiday money before even getting to your destination (I know, it's quite shameful really)! Thankfully though, I normally manage a degree of restraint, and only get a couple of things to enjoy on my jollies! I think what always seems to tempt me, aside from the amazing range available, are the exclusives and unique sets I only ever seem to see when I'm reading the duty-free mag. They're always so perfect for travel, and always a great price!

Recently, I was lucky enough to receive a few samples of World Duty Free's offerings, and I loooove them! I thought I'd share them with you guys, and give you a mini review of each to give my first impression thoughts!

Bobbi Brown Brightening Brick

Although I think this product is intended for darker skin tones, does not take away from the quality, amazing consistency and long-wear of this product. It's made up of a perfect selection of matte and shimmer shades that are all very warm toned. I have very fair skin, so chose to use this product swirled together as a blush, and use the shades individually as eyeshadow (the shade range is PERFECT for my blue eyes!)
A really versatile product by a brand I know and love! Big thumbs up for this one!

By Terry Baume de Rose Lip Care

A smooth and light lip balm that will work wonders for my dry chapped lips this winter. With a light rosy fragrance and thick consistency that isn't sticky or too heavy. The ingredients are incredible and mean this is a super hydrating product for lips-in-need! It leaves your lips looking beautifully hydrated with a soft sheen, and isn't at all greasy like a lot of the heavy-duty lip balms I use at the time of year! I've tried a few products from the By Terry Baume de Rose range now, and I can't recommend them enough! World Duty Free have an amazing range of By Terry on their site, which is definitely worth checking out!

Benefit Sunday my Prince Will Come

This cute little bag of miniatures is so perfect for travel, and is full of all my benefit faves! It was my first time trying the fairly new Galafornia blush, and I can tell you it's worth the hype it was getting! I love that it's a much lighter, more subtle shade compared to other benefit blushes, and really great for everyday wear for anyone with pale skin like me (which is even paler this time of year!). The mini Gimme Brow & They're Real mascara are the perfect handbag companions for travelling or everyday use. I'm also so happy to see a miniature High Beam in there too. This was one of the first makeup products I used as a teenager, and it speaks volumes that it;s still around and just as popular today! I love it!
